Corporations, LLCs, limited partnerships and LLPs registered in Missouri must maintain a registered agent and registered office.

An individual agent must be a Missouri resident whose business office is the entity’s registered office. An authorized corporation can also serve if its business office is identical to the registered office.

Missouri Registration Reports: Corporations vs. LLCs
Corporations doing business in Missouri generally file registration reports. For corporations incorporated or qualified on or after July 1, 2003, the standard annual-report due date is the end of the month in which the corporation was incorporated or qualified.
