Record shows a termination reason
Read the termination reason carefully. The database can show revocation for failure to file an annual report as well as voluntary termination or other reasons.
Business appears but may need a license
SOS registration and professional or occupational licensing are separate. Use the licensing database or responsible agency when the work is regulated.
